Interns may have opportunities to work alongside KT Baseball Development coaches and leadership, assist with training sessions, help organize camps and events, support day-to-day operations, contribute to marketing and social media, and learn what goes into building and operating a growing baseball-development organization.
We're not looking for interns who already know everything. We're looking for people who are ready to learn, ask questions, take initiative, accept feedback, work as part of a team, and bring a positive attitude every day.
Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences that interns can take with them into future opportunities in coaching, sports management, business, marketing, recreation, or other areas of the sports industry.
